Common Stress Archetypes
- The Exploder: Gets angry, yells, vents outwardly.
- Strategy: Needs to physically release energy (exercise, screaming into a pillow) before communicating.
- The Imploder: Withdraws, shuts down, internalizes everything.
- Strategy: Needs safe connection and gentle reassurance. Journaling helps.
- The Fixer: Immediately tries to solve the problem, ignoring emotions.
- Strategy: Needs to pause and acknowledge feelings before jumping to solutions.
