About ADHD Screening
This screening tool is based on the World Health Organization (WHO) Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS v1.1). It is designed to help determine if your symptoms might be consistent with ADHD.
- Inattention: Difficulty sustaining attention, following instructions, and organizing tasks.
- Hyperactivity-Impulsivity: Excessive activity, difficulty sitting still, and acting without thinking.
- Not a Diagnosis: This tool is for screening purposes only. A definitive diagnosis of ADHD can only be made by a licensed healthcare professional after a comprehensive clinical evaluation.
If your results indicate a high likelihood of ADHD, we recommend sharing this report with a doctor or mental health professional for a formal assessment.
