1. Add cities where your team members are located. 2. Drag the slider to see how time changes across all locations. 3. The green highlighted area represents standard working hours (9 AM - 6 PM).

Because time zones aren't just offsets. Daylight Saving Time (DST) changes dates differently in US vs Europe, causing chaos for 2 weeks every spring/fall.

Try to find "Golden Hours" - usually evening in Asia overlaps with morning in Europe/US East Coast.
